We're seeking a detail-oriented Assets Administrator to support our Warehouse Manager with asset tracking, inventory records, and administrative operations. This is a computer-based administrative position focused on maintaining accurate inventory data, generating reports, and managing asset documentation. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional assistance moving lightweight items may be needed to verify inventory or complete job duties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate asset records in IQ and SnapTracker.
- Process data entry for asset acquisitions, transfers, and dispositions.
- Generate inventory and asset reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical asset records.
- Assist with inventory tagging and documentation.
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Research and report inventory discrepancies.
- Process asset disposition paperwork.
- Communicate product arrivals and asset status updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to verify asset locations.
- Ensure asset documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and Asset Management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, data entry, or asset management preferred.
- Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
- This is a primarily computer-based position, requiring extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Must be able to occasionally walk through the warehouse to verify inventory, locate assets, or obtain information needed to complete job duties.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds when necessary to access inventory or perform asset verification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, management, and team members.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a professional warehouse office environment. The majority of the work is administrative and computer-based, with occasional interaction on the warehouse floor to support inventory verification and asset management activities.
