Employment Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)

About Us

We are a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to reshaping what exceptional behavior therapy looks like. We believe that behavior therapy is most powerful when it is rooted in joy, connection, and respect.

Our team operates under a progressive, modern, and neuroaffirming philosophy. We do not focus on compliance; instead, we prioritize building functional skills that genuinely support the child and their family in daily life. We know that exceptional patient care starts with exceptional therapist care, which is why we invest deeply in our team through unmatched clinical support, paid training, and a truly collaborative environment.

Why We Are Different (The Perks)

Unlike traditional, isolated ABA roles, we provide a wrap-around network of support to ensure you never feel like you're on an island.

  • Paid Training & Certification: Already an RBT? Fantastic. Not certified yet? We will fully fund and guide you through the entire training, competency assessment, and RBT certification process.

  • True Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will collaborate directly alongside Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and the child's family to provide holistic, cohesive care.

  • Strong Professional Support: Receive consistent, high-quality mentorship and direct supervision from our BCBAs, ensuring you feel confident and supported every day.

  • Comprehensive Benefits:

    • Competitive hourly rates ($25.00 - $32.00/hr)

    • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

    • 401(k) matching

    • Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick time

    • 10 paid holidays per year

    • Clear pathways for professional growth and leadership within our expanding foundation.

About the Role

Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to launch a meaningful new career, you will work directly with children in supportive, dynamic environments (in-clinic and in-school settings). Under the direct mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will facilitate child-led, play-based activities that foster communication, independence, and social confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement neuroaffirming, play-based behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.

  • Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy tailored to the unique strengths of each child.

  • Actively partner with families, SLPs, and OTs to ensure goals are practical, functional, and meaningful to the child's real life.

  • Collect accurate data on progress to help celebrate milestones and evolve treatment protocols.

  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in alignment with the BACB.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification in good standing OR a strong desire to learn (we provide the complete training and certification pathway).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, camp counselor, preschool, or academic tutoring) is highly preferred.

  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills—you love working as a team with families and other specialists.

  • Passion for serving local, tribal, and military families within a nonprofit framework.

  • Ability to pass standard background checks/clearances and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
