Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 / hour (Plus fully funded certification training)
Employment Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)

About the Role
Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to launch a meaningful new career, you will work directly with children in supportive, dynamic environments (in-clinic and in-school settings). Under the direct mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will facilitate child-led, play-based activities that foster communication, independence, and social confidence.
What You’ll Do

Implement neuroaffirming, play-based behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.

Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy tailored to the unique strengths of each child.

Actively partner with families, SLPs, and OTs to ensure goals are practical, functional, and meaningful to the child's real life.

Collect accurate data on progress to help celebrate milestones and evolve treatment protocols.

Maintain professional and ethical standards in alignment with the BACB.
Qualifications

Current RBT Certification in good standing OR a strong desire to learn (we provide the complete training and certification pathway).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, camp counselor, preschool, or academic tutoring) is highly preferred.

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills—you love working as a team with families and other specialists.

Passion for serving local, tribal, and military families within a nonprofit framework.

Ability to pass standard background checks/clearances and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
