Job Title: Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 & Cerritos, CA 90703 (3 days in Cerritos and 2 days in Manhattan Beach)
Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator who is polished, proactive, and capable of managing both administrative duties and treatment presentations with professionalism and confidence. This is not a general dental office, we are looking for someone with experience in periodontics who can represent the face of our practice and contribute to our success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients
  • Confidently close treatment plans with high success rate
  • Coordinate patient financing and payment options
  • Maintain accurate records using Dentrix software
  • Support insurance verification and billing tasks
  • Ensure smooth daily front office operations
  • Represent the practice with a high level of professionalism and presence

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a periodontics office (required)
  • Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice software (Eaglesoft, etc.)
  • Proven track record in treatment plan presentation and closing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour, this is a patient-facing role
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and high level of initiative
  • Ready to work with minimal training - must be able to hit the ground running
