This high-volume dealership environment offers an experienced flat-rate technician the opportunity to maximize productivity and earnings, with the potential for consistent, high-volume hours.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various automotive issues, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- minimum 3 years of flat rate experience.
- ASE certification is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
