Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk

- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas

- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, linen changes, and restocking supplies

- Assist support in laundry

- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to in guest rooms and common areas

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

- Other duties as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or housekeeping preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus

- Positive attitude and professional appearance
