Job Description
This is a growing litigation firm representing businesses, employers, insurers, and individuals in a wide range of civil disputes. The firm handles complex matters from inception through resolution and is known for its collaborative environment, hands-on litigation experience, and commitment to developing attorneys through meaningful responsibility and client interaction.
As an Attorney, you will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, developing case strategy, participating in mediations and settlement negotiations, and preparing matters for trial. You will work directly with clients and play an active role in all phases of litigation.
The ideal candidate will have an active California Bar license and at least 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in business litigation, employment litigation, insurance defense, general liability, professional liability, or other complex civil matters is highly valued. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment are essential.
