TheSubstitute Facilitator, will plan and implement activities for learners that balances physical, social andemotional growth, prepares materials for learners to explore and learn, and conducts activities in a safe,organized and healthy environment.WHAT YOU WILL DO (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)● Follow the instructions left by the Facilitator or alert the Administrator if there are no plans to follow.● Check to ensure that there are sufficient supplies in the classroom to carry out lesson plans.● Maintain normal classroom routines and discipline procedures.● Teach all subjects and other appropriate learning activities according to curriculum requirements,the school and policies developed by the Governing Board.● Effectively use a broad range of instructional strategies, including providing a constructivist curriculum, challenging goals and effective feedback, differentiated instruction and backwar
