Job Description
Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation is seeking a hands-on Online Marketing Manager to build a modern, AI-powered customer acquisition engine.
This is a performance-driven role focused on qualified leads, bookings, revenue, and return on marketing spend—not impressions or activity reports. The goal is to build a scalable system capable of producing a 10X return on marketing investment.
What You’ll Own
- Paid search, social, retargeting, SEO, and local search
- Website, landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion optimization
- Email, SMS, lead nurturing, referrals, and customer reactivation
- CRM automation, lead routing, attribution, and reporting
- AI tools and agents that automate marketing and follow-up
- Marketing budgets, testing, analytics, and agency performance
Performance Expectations
- Increase qualified leads and marketing-generated revenue
- Reduce customer acquisition costs
- Improve lead-to-quote and quote-to-booking conversion
- Build reliable revenue attribution and reporting
- Automate repetitive marketing workflows
- Create a credible path toward 10X return on marketing spend
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven results generating revenue for a service-based business
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, email, and analytics
- Experience building funnels, landing pages, and conversion programs
- Practical experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of owning measurable business results
- Ability to work in our San Francisco Bay Area office five days per week
Transportation, travel, hospitality, logistics, or local-services experience is preferred.
