Pay Frequency: Weekly payAbout the RoleShareSTAFF is hiring Janitors to support a Roseville-based commercial and residential cleaning company with four immediate openings. This is a hands-on cleaning role covering restrooms, common areas, offices, walkways, and other assigned spaces across the client’s accounts. Work is daytime, Monday through Friday, with a temp-to-hire pathway for candidates who perform well during the assignment.What You'll Do
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and walkways
- Restock supplies in assigned areas and report when items are running low
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and client expectations
- Communicate maintenance, safety, or attendance concerns to your supervisor
- Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas as needed
What You Bring – Required
- Minimum 6 months of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Available to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Employment contingent on successfully passing a background check
- Jeans and a solid-color shirt required as daily work attire
What You Bring – Preferred
- Prior supervisor, lead, or team-lead experience in a janitorial or cleaning setting
- Commercial janitorial or office-cleaning experience
- Restroom sanitation experience
