We are looking for a highly motivated dental assistant who will work directly alongside the doctor as a trusted right-hand partner. We are a fun, laid back office with an amazing team of staff and enjoyable patients! Compensation
- Hourly Pay: We pay hourly depending on experience, with consistent full-time hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts across our offices based on performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable experience
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
- Take x-rays and impressions
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and a clean operatory
- Provide clear and accurate post-operative instructions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- High School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
- Current Hep B, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California X-ray License, and CPR/BLS
