Account Manager – Semiconductor Facilities Operations

San Jose, CA


We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee operations at a high-profile semiconductor manufacturing and research campus in the San Jose area. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, client relationship management, team performance, and service delivery within a technically advanced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a proven background managing operations within semiconductor manufacturing, advanced technology, laboratory, or cleanroom environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational lead for a large, complex technical site
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities and operational performance across multiple service lines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic partnership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams while promoting accountability and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards, particularly within cleanroom and laboratory environments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and operational reliability
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, reporting, and KPI delivery
  • Coordinate with engineering, facilities, and technical teams to support mission-critical operations
  • Support strategic planning, staffing, and long-term operational goals


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex operations in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environments
  • Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and associated protocols
  • Experience leading large teams and managing client-facing relationships
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and operational reporting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a highly technical and fast-paced environment


Compensation

  • Base salary: $180,000 – $200,000
  • 20% annual bonus opportunity
  • Comprehensive benefits package
