Hello! My name is Lisa. I am a nurse turned nurse practitioner now a nurse entrepreneur.
I am co-founder of a very high-quality concierge home care agency Geriatric Wellness & Caregiving of California. We pride ourselves on high quality care as I am nurse by trade and want nothing less for those families we serve!
We are in need of life enhancement caregivers to join our team.

NEED IMMEDIATELY


1. Client lives in El Dorado Hills / Folsom Border (closer to Folsom Lake/Green Valley Road) Caregiver Needed Supportive Role with Lovely Family - Care and companionship for an elderly gentleman who lives with his wife!
Several shift options available for this client: Looking for immediate help!


a. Shift Monday Friday 10am 6pm (8 hour shift) - needs to be able to drive client in clients car to doctor appointments so clean DMV and comfortable driving their car
b. Sundays 10am 3pm (6 hour shift)
c. Sunday NIGHT Thursday NIGHT - Awake NIGHT shift 10pm 6am (8 hour shifts) night


We are seeking several compassionate and reliable caregivers (female or male) to fill this immediate need in El Dorado Hills - care is mostly stand-by assistance with personal care and support during ambulation (client is a fall risk). Additional responsibilities include:
Must be comfortable driving clients to appointments (using clients vehicle) and have a clear DMV record for Monday Friday Day shift
Companionship
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping duties throughout the home to help both
We are flexible and can accommodate caregivers who prefer a combination of days or consistent schedules. Ideally, wed like to add 2-3 team members to ensure reliable coverage and offer consistent shifts for this client.

2. Client in Sacramento near CSU Sacramento in Campus Commons area
Elderly lady who is still mostly independent needing companionship during the days on Saturday and Sunday 10am 8pm. Must be committed to both days as she only wants the same caregiver for both days. This shift is paid with overtime given it is a 10 hour shift.

3. Female client who lives in Folsom (American River Canyon area)
This is a wonderful lady who does not want to grow old. She is an 82 year old lady who is spunky and likes good conversation, playing board games, up for daily adventures. Assist with her exercise program daily, assist with meal preparation, breakfast and lunch. Go to Bingo with her on Wednesdays.
Must be comfortable driving clients to appointments and on outings to have fun in and around Folsom area. Must have a clear DMV record in order to drive client. May use clients vehicle or your own. If your own you will be reimbursed mileage.

We are looking for someone who can help in Monday mornings 8-12, Wednesdays 8-3pm and Fridays 8-12pm.

4. Client in Gold River (Fair Oaks area)
Looking for a caregiver who can help out every Saturday morning from 9am 1pm for our elderly male client.
Help with getting up for morning routine
Shower in and out and helping with dressing
Help with meal preparation and meals during day
Medication reminders
Daily exercises
Some light housekeeping duties
This will be a steady every Sunday opportunity.

Requirements:
Must want to feel valued by your team and part of a work family!
A kind and gentle personality.
Must be HCA certified and have a clean background check and be able to pass a drug screen
CNA background a plus!
Must have reliable transportation
