Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Food Service Assistant for our client in Parker Dam, CA 92267.
Position Title: Food Service Assistant
Location: Parker Dam, CA 92267 (Gene, Iron Mountain, and Eagle sites)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: 4/10 schedule, shifts between 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, including weekend work during tour season
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Required to serve/ prepare sack lunches, prep, restock, and clean work areas at Gene and Iron Mtn kitchens.
- Will deliver items, serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and work weekends to serve meals for CRA Inspection trip tours.
- Other duties include organizing, assisting lodge assistants, transporting tour guests, and other related duties for Guest Services.
To be considered for this position, you should have
- San Bernardino County, CA Food Handlers Certification $22 (Online within 3 days before start date)
- Defensive Driver Certification
- Valid CA/AZ Class C Driver License or its equivalent that allows you to drive in the course of your employment
- Education: High school diploma or general education development test (GED)
- Experience: Min. 1 Year related experience in housekeeping, food service, and general janitorial
- Food Industry a must
- 60% Janitorial / Housekeeping
- 40% Kitchen Work (Food prepping, Busser and server)
