• Support attorneys with document preparation, revisions, formatting, and transcription from dictated material as needed.
• Coordinate case materials, correspondence, and legal records so files remain organized, current, and readily accessible.
• Monitor multiple active matters at once and adjust priorities quickly to meet urgent deadlines in a fast-paced practice.
• Communicate with attorneys, court personnel, and internal teams to facilitate efficient handling of litigation matters.
• Take ownership of assigned work by anticipating needs, following through on deliverables, and helping keep matters on schedule.• At least 5 years of experience in a Legal Secretary role supporting commercial litigation matters.
• Strong hands-on experience with electronic filing in both state and federal courts is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a sophisticated, high-volume litigation setting.
• Proven skill in managing calendars and coordinating deadlines for multiple active cases.
• Experience preparing court-related documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, show sound judgment, and proactively manage assigned responsibilities.
