FSQA Specialist – Food Manufacturing - Direct hire
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: DOE

We are seeking an experienced Food Safety & Quality Specialist for a food manufacturing company in Torrance.

Responsibilities include:
• HACCP & food safety compliance
• GMP & SQF support
• Internal audits & CAPA management
• Document control & SOP management
• Vendor and product risk assessments
• Regulatory compliance support (FDA/USDA)

Requirements:
• 2+ years of food manufacturing FSQA experience
• HACCP knowledge required
• Experience with GMP, SQF, FSMA, and food safety programs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:
• SQF Practitioner or PCQI certifications
• Experience with food manufacturing audits and compliance programs
