Salon Manager

A rapidly growing beauty company is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead all aspects of salon operations, team development, client experience, and business performance. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands how to build a strong culture, develop top talent, and drive results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day salon operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and team members.
- Lead, coach, and develop stylists and support staff, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and exceptional service.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, retail sales, customer retention, productivity, and overall salon performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, client acquisition, and customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, product ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, payroll, expense management, and financial reporting to achieve salon performance goals.
- Address client concerns professionally and proactively, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the salon environment remains clean, organized, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, services, and best practices to maintain a competitive market position.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of salon management, multi-unit beauty leadership, or related operational management experience.
- Proven track record leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of salon operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Experience managing budgets, payroll, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, improve client retention, and enhance team productivity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Knowledge of beauty industry products, services, trends, and best practices preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field preferred.
