As a Patient Care Liaison, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the resident experience by coordinating care, supporting administrative functions, and serving as a key point of contact for families and staff. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate communication between residents, families, and staff

Assist with admissions, scheduling, and documentation

Support billing, Medicare/Medi-Cal processes, and compliance reporting

Track staffing changes and collaborate with nursing and payroll

Provide courteous and professional support across departments

Help plan welcome events and deliver admission baskets

Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare administration, invoicing, billing, or scheduling preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software
