At FORXA Inc., our Enrichment Program Lead oversees high-quality after-school enrichment programs while supporting instructors, building relationships with school administration, and ensuring every student has an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary daily point of contact with principals, assistant principals, and management.
  • Coordinate and adjust daily program schedules as needed.
  • Assign, reassign, and manage instructor placements.
  • Address daily staff absences by phone and coordinate coverage.
  • Monitor student behavior and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Communicate professionally with parents regarding student concerns.
  • Conduct regular instructor evaluations and provide coaching and accountability.
  • Observe classrooms daily to ensure instructional quality and company standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate student enrollment and attendance records.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure materials are properly accounted for.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and maintain clear communication with the team.
  • Make confident, timely decisions to keep programs running smoothly.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a Bachelor's degree or is near completion of one.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented—you can organize just about anything, from a simple notebook to a complex spreadsheet.
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems.
  • Is physically active and able to move quickly throughout multiple classrooms and campuses.
  • Is a strong motivator who can inspire a team while maintaining accountability.
  • Can confidently enforce policies and company standards when necessary while also supporting and developing staff.
  • Understands that students always come first, above personal opinions or agendas.
  • Is an exceptional multitasker who performs well under pressure.
  • Maintains a professional appearance, wears the company uniform, and models expectations for the team.
  • Has a proactive, go-getter attitude and willingly goes above and beyond.
  • Is available throughout the entire school calendar year, including peak operational periods. Vacation requests during high-demand program periods are not permitted.
  • Is prepared to commit to a one-year employment agreement.

The Ideal Candidate

Our Leads do more than teach—they create engaging classrooms, build positive relationships, and help students develop confidence, creativity, and life skills through enrichment programs. You are confident, decisive, and solution-oriented. You don't wait to be told what needs to be done—you anticipate challenges, communicate effectively, and take action. You know when to be firm, when to coach, and how to maintain a positive team culture without compromising expectations.

If you're ready to lead with purpose and help create outstanding enrichment experiences for students, we encourage you to apply today.
