Clinical Pharmacology Intern - Oncology (PK/PD)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated graduate-level intern to support translational PK/PD modeling focused on antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) in oncology.

This internship will focus on understanding variability in tumor static concentration (TSC) across ADC programs and improving model-based interpretation of preclinical efficacy data to guide early drug development decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and analyze in vitro and in vivo preclinical datasets
• Build and standardize PK/PD and xenograft models
• Perform multivariate and model-based analyses to identify drivers of variability
• Evaluate and improve translational modeling strategies
• Interpret findings to support early oncology development decisions
• Present results through technical reports and presentations
