Role Description
Brandon Feder is 12 years into his Financial Planning career. He is searching for an Executive Assistant / Associate Financial Advisor to help him manage and grow his practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Westlake Village, CA for an Executive Assistant / Associate Financial Advisor. The role involves providing comprehensive executive support, including managing schedules, expense reports, and administrative functions. The position will also assist in managing client relationships, updating financial plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration and proactive planning will be key to delivering a seamless experience for clients and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Support, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in time management and client scheduling
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Life/Health and/or Securities License is ideal
- Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus
