Job Description

Role Summary/What we’re looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various legal tasks, including document preparation, case management, client contact, task prioritization and attorney/staff schedule management. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our law office and providing excellent service to our clients. Experience in a workers’ compensation law firm is preferred but not required. Hourly rate is negotiable with a range between $32.00-$37.00 based upon education and experience). This position is open to California-based candidates only, with in-person or hybrid work arrangements preferred and remote arrangements considered for the right applicant.


Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.
  • Proficient in legal drafting and document review processes.
