We are a well-established general contractor based in West Hollywood, with over 30 years of experience building high-end commercial spaces, offices, and showrooms throughout Los Angeles. We pride ourselves on efficiency, clear communication, and quality execution. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports project managers and superintendents by coordinating schedules, subcontractors, material orders, and documentation to help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day project administration and communication
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and material lead times
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors daily by phone and email
- Schedule site meetings, inspections, and deliveries
- Maintain and update project documentation, submittals, and logs
- Help prepare and track submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and proposals
- Organize and maintain digital project folders and reports
- Follow up on punch list items and closeout documentation
- Support the team with any urgent coordination tasks or field follow-ups
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, architecture, or real estate preferred
- Strong communication skills — must be comfortable on the phone
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Knowledge of construction terminology and phases is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
