Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility in progress)
- Relevant ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Comfort collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions (individual and group)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and IEP progress reports
- Consult with teachers and parents to maximize student success and carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations as needed
- Use creative, age-appropriate materials and technology to enhance sessions
