What Were Looking For
- HCA certification (CNA license preferred)
- Caregiving experience: 6 months fulltime or 12 months parttime
- Strong communication and a compassionate heart
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- Current TB test
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
- Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity
- Ability to pass background checks
What Youll Do
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals)
- Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
- Prepare meals and give medication reminders
- Follow safety protocols in emergencies
- Engage clients in activities they love to promote wellness
