Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Plumber, Commercial/Industrial Pipefitter, or Pipe Welder and become a vital part of our construction and maintenance projects! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems, plumbing fixtures, and welding components across diverse industrial and commercial sites. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems and welding components.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including fire sprinkler fitting, HVAC piping, and pipeline infrastructure.
- Perform various welding techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and welding to join pipes and structural components securely.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, pipe threading machines, tube benders, and rigging equipment to execute precise installations and repairs.
- Conduct pipe threading, soldering, bending, and assembly tasks following ASME codes & standards to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Read mechanical schematics and schematics for complex systems; troubleshoot issues using basic math skills to determine measurements and calculations.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing facilities while inspecting systems for leaks or faults.
- Support maintenance activities by performing routine inspections and repairs on piping infrastructure to prevent system failures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience in construction or manufacturing environments working with plumbing, pipefitting, or welding tasks.
- Skilled in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, soldering, and welding with demonstrated proficiency.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, ASME codes & standards related to piping and welding practices.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, rigging equipment, pipe threading machines, and basic math calculations for measurements.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites or industrial facilities; experience with OSHA regulations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately; experience with schematics essential.

Pay: $52.75 per hour, plus $37.69 per hours in benefits.
