We are currently hiring Warehouse Lumpers to join our team in Chino, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Unload containers and trailers by hand.
- Stack, sort, and organize boxes and products onto pallets.
- Load pallets and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Wrap pallets using shrink wrap.
- Assist with order picking and warehouse organization.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are required. Consistent attendance is essential to meet production goals and maintain efficient warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
