What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service team member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with menu selections.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ensuring food orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining and service area.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and seamless dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
We’re searching for someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable customer experiences. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for Mediterranean cuisine is a plus!
