PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a CMMS Maintenance Planner to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in SHAFTER CA. If you have experience with maintenance planning, CMMS systems, and managing spare parts inventory, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in keeping operations running efficiently.

Position: CMMS Maintenance Planner
Location: SHAFTER CA
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift Sun - Thurs 10pm-6:30am
What You'll Do

Schedule and track preventative and corrective maintenance activities

Manage spare parts inventory and MRO materials

Coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders through CMMS

Support technicians and operations teams to minimize downtime

Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure parts availability

Monitor maintenance metrics and maintain accurate documentation

Assist in improving maintenance processes and inventory controls
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, or MRO inventory management
✔ Experience using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
✔ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
✔ Experience supporting maintenance teams, inventory control, and scheduling activities

Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
