We are currently hiring anExecutive and Operations Assistantto help support the administrative and management teams.This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining employee and clients schedules. This role will also operate as an administrative assistant for the management team.

Behavior One Autism Solutionsprovidesquality and individualized services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and developmental delays.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develops andmaintainsemployee and client schedules that maximize staffing efficiency, client service needs, and employee availability.
  • Monitors, prioritizes, and routes incoming emails, correspondence, and reports to theappropriate individuals.
  • Maintains calendars for executives and leadership, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and time-blocking tooptimizeproductivity.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other company correspondence.
  • Tracks and follows up with individuals and departments to ensure assigned tasks and projects meet deadlines.
  • Performs general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies,maintainingfiling systems, data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as assigned.
  • Answers and directs incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and responds to routine inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintains knowledge of company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws relevant to assignedresponsibilities.
  • Handlessensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Uses various computer applications, such asMicrosoft Office, scheduling platforms, and database management systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Required:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of administrative experience

    • Bilingual
