Requirements:
\n Active RN license
\n Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
\n BLS (AHA)
\n ACLS (AHA)
\n NIHSS
\n Telemetry/EKG interpretation experience required
\n Ventilator experience required
\n Cerner EMR experience preferred
\n Must provide 2 supervisor references at submission (Charge Nurse accepted)
\n One reference within the last 12 months
\n One reference within the last 3 years
