1st shift- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
(8am-12pm for training then 12:30-2:30pm for the beginning)
Job Description:
- Blueprint Reading and analyze engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD/CAM files to understand part specifications and tolerances.
- Machine Setup, align, secure, and adjust holding fixtures, cutting tools, and raw materials.
- Operation & Programming, operate CNC and manual machines, inputting commands and regulating machining factors like feed and speed.
- Quality Control, use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to inspect dimensions and ensure finished products meet exact standards.
- Maintenance, perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on machines to ensure safety and prevent production downtime.
Requirements:
- Must have experience operating machines ( 2 years preffered)
- Must have experience reading Blueprints, Programming Machines, Perform routine maintenance
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Must be authorized to work in US
