Job DescriptionA&P Aircraft MechanicPosition Overview

Take the next step in your aircraft maintenance career as an A&P Mechanic in a fast-paced environment offering exposure to a growing fleet of regional aircraft.

You will perform nose-to-tail maintenance, troubleshoot aircraft systems, and make safety-critical decisions that directly support flight operations. Qualified mechanics may be eligible for location-based and military experience bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot aircraft systems

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance

  • Make timely decisions regarding aircraft safety and airworthiness

  • Complete maintenance functions independently after training

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Complete parts paperwork in accordance with applicable requirements

  • Follow all FAA, company, and manufacturer procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant Certificate

  • Ability to meet all FAA and safety requirements

  • Strong aircraft troubleshooting skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and third shift schedules

  • Sound judgment when working with maintenance teams and addressing aircraft safety concerns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous CRJ or Embraer aircraft experience

  • Familiarity with company and aircraft manufacturer manuals

  • Military aircraft maintenance experience

Physical and Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

  • Ability to routinely lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must meet the requirements of a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position

  • Additional video or phone interviews may be required
