Title: Legal Assistant | $95K | Hybrid Flexibility
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury & Sexual Abuse
This opportunity is with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm dedicated to representing survivors of sexual abuse and assault. The firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its expanding team and play a key role in supporting attorneys on active litigation matters while contributing to meaningful, mission-driven advocacy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with litigation experience who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable in a client-facing role. The firm offers a collaborative, high-performing environment with strong growth potential and is looking to hire quickly.
What you will do:
- Organize and maintain litigation files and records
- Track case status and deadlines
- Support client communication and case coordination
- Assist with data entry and document management
What they are looking for:
- 3+ years of legal administrative or litigation support experience (flexible)
- Prior experience in a plaintiff-side or boutique litigation environment preferred
- Experience with Cleo Practice Management and Cleo Grow is a plus but not required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 – $95,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
