Job DescriptionSuperintendent (TI) Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Majority of projects will be in the San Carlos and surrounding areas.
Salary: $130k-$160k
Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent - TI / Renovation Projects

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established and stable General Contractor. Many of their upcoming projects are commercial TIs.

This company is in a major growth phase and has never experienced layoffs. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents of all levels. This person will be responsible for managing site construction personnel and operations.Top Reasons to Work with Us- Compensation: $140k-$160k + Benefits, 401k, PTO, etc.

- Manage / supervise field construction of projects
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
- Schedule and manage multiple crews performing various tasks across the project site
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Project EngineersWhat You Need for this Position- Experience as a Superintendent
- Commercial TI/renovation projects- Experience working for General Contractors
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
