Job DescriptionSuperintendent (TI) Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Majority of projects will be in the San Carlos and surrounding areas.
Salary: $130k-$160k
Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent - TI / Renovation Projects
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established and stable General Contractor. Many of their upcoming projects are commercial TIs.
This company is in a major growth phase and has never experienced layoffs. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents of all levels. - Manage / supervise field construction of projects
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
- Schedule and manage multiple crews performing various tasks across the project site
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Project EngineersWhat You Need for this Position- Experience as a Superintendent
- Commercial TI/renovation projects- Experience working for General Contractors
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
