We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor with a mechanical mindset.
The Role
As Retail Sales Supervisor, you'll oversee daily floor operations while driving team performance and customer experience. This role requires someone who is mechanically inclined or a car enthusiast.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily production and sales floor operations
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring your team
- Applying mechanical and product knowledge to support customers and team members
- Handling cash, validating receipts, and ensuring accurate register procedures
- Preparing and analyzing production and sales reports
- Communicating and implementing company policies and procedures
- Upholding safety and environmental standards at all times
- Collaborating with leadership to continuously improve operational results
- Resolving customer and employee concerns professionally
What You Bring
- Supervisory experience in a retail or production environment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Cash handling experience across multiple payment methods
- A floor-level leadership style
- Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, team members, and leadership
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Comfort working in an indoor/outdoor environment
- Valid drivers license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
