Select Property Management is seeking a licensed Property Manager with branch leadership experience for our Roseville location. The position is full-time 40 hours/week) with benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, attention to detail and be able to multitask while dealing with frequent interruptions. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment, build team trust, and have dedication to continuous employment.

Responsibilities will include marketing, recruiting new clients, maintaining, and building both client and resident relationships, all day-to-day operations, while managing your own office and team.

The best qualified candidates must have a current CA Real Estate license, 3 years’ recent property management experience, be a quick learner, proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, and have the proven ability to lead by example with enthusiasm, confidence, and reliable performance. Experience in apartment management, single family homes, client recruitment and retention helpful. Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required. Starting Wage: $72,000- $74,000 per year, plus bonuses

Position will be focused on:

  • Conducting property tours and inspections
  • Recruiting new clients
  • building owner and resident relations
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Tenant and owner relations
  • Marketing for new properties
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Performing data entry and file management tasks
  • Maintaining positive relationships and communication with team members and company departments

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Recent Property Management experience.
  • Experience in apartment and single-family home management.
  • Current California Real Estate license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
  • Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid attendance history
  • Positive & productive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Appfolio software experience helpful
