We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, fast-paced production environment. Experience with electrical assembly, wire cutting, or control panels is a plus!
Shift:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires according to specifications
- Route and organize wire harnesses, cables, and electrical assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Assemble control panels and related equipment while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and identify any defects or discrepancies
- Use measuring and testing equipment, including multimeters, as needed
- Troubleshoot basic assembly and wiring issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly, electrical assembly, cable assembly, or control panel assembly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
