Now Hiring: Unarmed Security Officer – Gated HOA Community
We are seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services for a private gated HOA community. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for residents, guests, and property while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor gated entrances and community access points
- Verify resident and visitor access
- Conduct routine patrols of the property
- Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Respond professionally to resident concerns and emergencies
- Enforce HOA rules and property policies
Requirements
- Valid Guard Card (required)
- Previous security experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
