Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our Fulfillment Department. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a warehouse fulfillment or distribution environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Verify order details, quantities, and shipping information to ensure accuracy
- Process shipments and assist with outbound logistics activities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Assist with inventory management and product organization as needed
- Utilize warehouse systems and software to track orders and shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, distribution, or order processing preferred
- Experience with picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
- Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to following procedures
Preferred Experience
- Experience using NetSuite, Shopify, or ShipStation is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations preferred
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 4/10 schedule
- Pay Rate: $22/hour
