Quality Inspector – Temp to Hire Opportunity | $23.00/hr. (with pay increase upon conversion)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Inspector to join a growing team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive starting pay of $23.00 per hour, along with a pay increase upon permanent hire. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Utilize basic computer systems, including email, Microsoft Word, and entry-level Excel functions (filters, data entry)
• Follow established quality procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team performance goals
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing or related environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using micrometers and calipers
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
• Aerospace inspection experience highly preferred (not required)
• Medical device or precision instrument inspection experience is highly transferable and welcomed
