What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in any of the following settings:
- In-home care
- Assisted living
- Nursing homes
- Memory care or similar environments
This is non-medical caregiving focused on companionship, assistance with daily living, and maintaining a high quality of life for our clients.

Requirements:
✅ Must be currently located in or able to reliably commute to Alameda or Contra Costa County, California
✅ At least 1 year of professional hands-on caregiving experience
✅ A Recent TB Test or Chest XRAY
✅ Valid government-issued ID
✅ Reliable transportation with active auto insurance
✅ Ability to use mobile apps for clocking in, communication, and shift charting
✅ Willingness to follow client care plans, company policies, and documentation requirements
✅ Dependable, professional, and able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and the support team
