Paralegal – TalentZok

Immediate opening for a Paralegal in San Bernadino, CA who possesses:
- Proven paralegal experience in a civil litigation law office setting
- Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw and legal case management software
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear legal documents with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to support case development across various practice areas (securities law, tribal law, patent law, workers' compensation)
- Assisting in drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision
- Managing case files, filing, data entry, and document review using document management systems
- Supporting attorneys with litigation preparation by organizing evidence, maintaining case calendars, and reviewing documents for relevance and accuracy
- Conducting thorough document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy before submission or filing
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Background in civil litigation and familiarity with legal case management software
- Strong research, proofreading, and legal drafting capabilities
- High motivation, detail-oriented focus, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in an in-person, fast-paced law office environment
Salary Range: $35.00 to $45.00/hour
