As a Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the business leadership team, defining and executing a world-class quality strategy in close partnership. You will champion the Voice of the Customer, drive a Zero Defects culture, and advance the organization through the disciplined application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. In this position, you will have broad organizational impact combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution to deliver sustained quality excellence and long-term transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and execute the global Quality strategy for NovaSensor, aligning site and manufacturing partners with business objectives and driving a culture centered on Zero Defects, operational excellence, and the Voice of the Customer.
- Lead and elevate the Quality organization by strengthening capabilities, and driving talent development and succession planning.
- Own and continuously advance the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory requirements, driving ongoing enhancement and maturity of our quality standards.
- Serve as the leadership quality interface for customers, regulatory bodies, and key suppliers, leading audits, resolving escalations, and protecting the company’s reputation for technical excellence and reliability.
