Location: Mill Valley, CA (on-site)
Pay: $58.00/hr (W2)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Season Dates: 09/08/2026 – 11/13/2026

Seasonal Full-Time Opportunity
We’re hiring a Registered Nurse – Seasonal Immunizer for a defined assignment running September 8, 2026 through November 13, 2026. This is an on-site, safety-sensitive role and includes access to PHI (Protected Health Information).
What You’ll Do
- Administer immunizations/vaccinations following clinical protocols
- Educate patients on vaccines, schedules, and after-care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and health regulations
- Collaborate with on-site healthcare/pharmacy teams as needed
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work on-site in Mill Valley, CA
- Comfortable working in a safety-sensitive environment
- Ability to handle PHI and follow HIPAA/privacy requirements
- Availability to work full-time for the full season (09/08/2026 – 11/13/2026)
Preferred
- RN immunization experience
- Experience supporting healthcare and/or pharmacy settings
