Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and client communications
- Track project status, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate sales records
- Liaise between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation for internal and client-facing meetings
- Monitor order fulfillment and follow up on outstanding items to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in identifying process improvements to streamline sales and project workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, project coordinator, or similar support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in production, events, construction or related industry is a plus
