Job Description
Title: HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician
Location: Bishop, CA
Schedule: $35-55hr
Pay: 7am -5:30pm 4 days a week

Day to Day
<ul>
<li>Primarily residential HVAC — heating and air conditioning is the core focus</li>
<li>Also touches refrigeration, solar, fire sprinklers, water heaters/plumbing, and small residential boilers (not licensed for large commercial boilers)</li>
<li>Service area spans ~90 miles north/south of the shop, occasionally into Nevada Mix of new construction and retrofit work (~70–80% existing homes/businesses)</li>
<li>Handles 5–8 calls/day</li>
<li>Works independently in the field</li>
<li>Direct homeowner interaction — updates, walkthroughs, setting expectations No selling, upselling, or payment collection</li>
