Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter for an open-ended contract opportunity supporting a leading technology organization. This recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of positions, including hardware engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating technical conversations, can quickly learn and speak the language of engineering teams, and serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals.
- Recruit for a diverse portfolio of positions, including:
- Hardware Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing and Operations
- Supply Chain and Quality
- Program Management
- Corporate functions including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Legal
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical skill sets, industry terminology, and labor market trends to effectively evaluate candidates and advise stakeholders.
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess technical qualifications, cultural alignment, and overall fit.
- Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within technology, engineering, hardware, manufacturing, or other technical environments.
- Proven success recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a changing business environment.
- Strong consultative approach and business partnership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within hardware, robotics, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or related engineering industries.
- Experience supporting organizations undergoing rapid growth, organizational change, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
