Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Total Rewards Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $75.00 to $85.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs to support organizational objectives and workforce needs.

Conduct market research and compensation analyses to evaluate pay practices and maintain competitive programs.

Manage annual compensation planning activities, including salary adjustments, incentive programs, and promotion reviews.

Oversee HR operations processes, system administration, and initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.

Partner with leadership and cross functional teams to support workforce planning, reporting, and employee communications.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or human resources operations.

Strong knowledge of compensation program design, salary structures, and incentive plans.

Previous experience evaluating market data and developing recommendations related to employee attraction and retention.

Familiarity with compensation, benefits, and employment regulations across multiple regions.

Prior experience working with HR technology platforms and data management systems.
Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and workforce trends.

Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills for data analysis and decision support.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of the organization.

Previous experience leading process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
