Location: Citrus Heights, CA

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Compensation: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Role Responsibilities

As our New Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping new patients seamlessly transition into our care. Your daily impact will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding new patients, ensuring a warm and informative introduction to our holistic dental philosophy.
  • Managing new patient intake, scheduling appointments efficiently, and managing follow-ups.
  • Answering phone calls and digital inquiries with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
  • Coordinating patient check-ins, updating digital health histories, and verifying insurance information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of dental office experience (Required).
  • Technical Skills: At least 2 years of strong computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software (Required).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.
