Registered Nurse - ER travel assignment in Glendale, California. Start date 08/17/2026 for an 8-week assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,107 to $2,209 per week with guaranteed hours of 48 per week. Night shift schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a 3x12 rotation. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to emergency department patients using established standards and the nursing process
- Assess patient condition, formulate a care plan, administer medications, and monitor responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, patient education, and discharge planning
- Document care and treatment in EPIC and Cerner; ensure accuracy and privacy of information
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff as assigned; promote a safe, healing environment
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor; ACLS and PALS required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- CPI or TEAM or TEAM-A certification required
- EPIC and Cerner experience required
- BSN preferred but not required
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting
